I love the effect of Gelatos so on this card I experimented with my Stampin’ Up crayons. I drew some rough circles, sprayed them lightly with water from above and then blended them slightly. The word is a Cricut cutout. I think the final effect is very artsy and definitely homemade.

I wanted this card to have a “watery” feel so I mixed card stocks and papers in a selection of blue shades. I stamped a bubble wrap image on card stock, punched out circles and edged them in crayon. I like the way they lift the Cricut cutout sentiment.

Fun spirit

This is a fun pic of my son and his friend eating a concoction of chocolate, coconut and marshmallows called, very distastefully, “poo”!
I experimented mixing paint with the texture paste and placed it over a brick template.

Made for the 123 Challenge Blog February 2014 challenge. The criteria were purple, texture paste and the word “spirit”.

Using: Kaisercraft card stock, Garden Arabesque papers and paints; Crafters Workshop Brick template; Cricut Basic alphas.
