[Kick!]

For February 2015 Sketch Challenge.

I chose the football pics to go with the circles in the sketch and added other circle embellishments. (I think this is the first time I’ve added stitching to a layout too!)

Using: Kaisercraft card stock, stamps, clear dots and pearls; Stampin’ Up paper; Inque Boutique stamp; Stamp It embossing powder; Thickers alphas; Crate Paper stickers; Micador water soluble pencils; papers, ribbons and cotton from my stash. IMG_4320-0

Cherish sympathy card

I find sympathy cards difficult to create. I want them to look nice, but not too fiddly and “pretty” so that the card is more about the sentiment than the design.

My family recently lost a friend who has left behind a wife and three little kids. It has been devastating for the whole community. I just wanted to let the family know that I care, that I will cherish the memories of fun times spent together and that they can call on me for support.

Using:
Crate Paper Portrait Collection papers and sticker
Stampin’ Up card stock

Love

Love

This layout features a selfie taken by my Aunty and her new husband on their recent wedding day in Las Vegas. I love that they look so happy!

I think the reds and browns and little flashes of green in this paper collection match well with the photo.

For the Anna’s Craft Cupboard July 2014 Sketch Challenge.

Using: Crate Paper Portrait Collection papers; Kaisercraft cardstock, Christmas papers, Love rubons; Flourish with a Bling bling; Fiskars punch; some heart brads, ribbon and other papers from my stash.
